  • All I need to begin is a clear, high-quality photo of your pet. Natural lighting and a sharp image help me capture the best possible likeness and detail.

After placing your order, you’ll receive simple instructions on how to send your photos over. You’re welcome to include a few options if you’re unsure which works best, I’m happy to help you choose.

If you’d like, you can also share a bit about your pet’s personality or story. This isn’t required, but it can really help me create a portrait that feels more personal and true to them.

  • Placing an order is quick and straightforward. Simply head to the order page, choose your preferred portrait option, and complete the checkout.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to send your pet’s photos and any details you’d like me to include.

If you’re unsure about anything along the way, I’m always happy to help.

  • Turnaround time is typically around 2 weeks from receiving your photos and details.

I’ll send your portrait for review before it’s finalised, so you’ll have a chance to request any small adjustments. Once approved, your finished portrait will be delivered digitally or posted (depending on your selection).

  • Yes, of course. These are some of the most meaningful pieces I get to work on. I understand how important they are and I put a lot of care into creating something that feels like a proper tribute

I may introduce additional sizes in the future.

  • Due to the custom nature of the artwork, refunds are not offered once work has begun.

  • Your portrait is created from your photo, so image quality is key. I recommend a well-lit, high-resolution photo where your pet’s features are clearly visible. Natural light and sharp detail will ensure the best result.

If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to help you select the perfect image.
