I carefully craft your artwork and send it to you for review and approval.

Yes, I’ll send you a proof of your portrait before it is printed or delivered.
This allows you to review it and request any small adjustments if needed.

Each piece is created to order, with a turnaround of around 2 weeks from photo confirmation.
This includes illustration, printing, and preparation for delivery.If you need it sooner, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

As each piece is custom made to order, returns are not accepted.

Framing is not included, giving you the flexibility to choose a style that best suits your space.
All prints are supplied in standard A4 size for easy framing.

A clear, high-quality photo will give the best result. Natural lighting and a sharp, in-focus image work best.
Ideally:
• Your pet is clearly visible and facing the camera
• The image is well lit (natural light preferred)
